Responsibilities

• Cleaning leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other amenity spaces
• Cleaning and preparing vacant apartments and model homes
• Restocking and maintaining resident coffee stations and common areas
• Completing touch-ups and freshening move-in ready apartments
• Helping maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
• Supporting the maintenance team with additional housekeeping-related tasks as needed

Job Insights

We believe in being upfront about what this role involves. This is hands-on work. You'll spend your day cleaning common areas, vacant apartments, model homes, amenity spaces, and occasionally handling less pleasant cleaning tasks.

• Many responsibilities are repetitive. Daily cleaning routines are an important part of keeping our communities looking their best.
• This is an active position. You'll spend much of the day walking, standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the community.
