About the role
Carry out daily housekeeping tasks in assigned areas, including resident rooms and common spaces.
Maintain Caution/Safety signs in areas as needed to ensure a safe environment.
Keep work areas clean and organized, and ensure tools and supplies are stored properly.
Inform supervisor when cleaning or laundry supplies are running low.
Lend a hand in the laundry area when needed.
Take on other related tasks as assigned to support the team.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication skills with coworkers, residents, and their families.
- The ability to make day-to-day decisions that support your team and department with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, dependable attitude.
- You’re flexible, compassionate, and enjoy helping others.
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus—but not required. We welcome all applicants!
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required).
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to make day-to-day decisions, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, compassion, and enjoyment of helping others.
