The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team. TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center proudly serves Rutherford County, Tennessee. Our 100‑bed hospital offers complete medical care for adults and children, including emergency, surgical, and many other services. Our medical staff of about 500 physicians includes more than 45 specialties. Many physicians have offices on the hospital campus. Our staff is committed to providing quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under‑serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in healthcare.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or a service‑related field.
