Housekeeper

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean homes, Village, and Lodge
• Obtain list of vacant homes, Village, and Lodge units which need to be cleaned
• Examine homes, Village units, and Lodge units to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and make recommendations to management
• Inventory furnishings, linens and dishware
• Attend periodic staff meetings with other department heads to discuss company policies and patrons complaints, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operations
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Has firm understanding of property layout
• Ability to travel ALL properties
• Inspect clean Houses, Village units, and Lodge units
• Responsible for maintaining property FOBs
• Has worked on property, in some formal compacity, for 3 months
• Can lead a team of one or more Housekeepers
