Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, offices, and other assigned spaces.
• Follow established infection control and safety procedures to maintain a healthy environment.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies are stocked and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently and independently while supporting overall community operations.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, healthcare, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Required CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, First Aid & Choking, and Fire Safety.
• Strong commitment to resident-centered service, safety, and quality care.
