Housekeeper

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, laundry areas, cabins, rental units, and park offices according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as clubhouses, pavilions, and recreational spaces.
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towel, etc.) as needed.
• Remove trash and debris regularly from assigned areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned checklists.
• Auxiliary with laundry duties, including washing and folding linens or towels.
• Ensure all facilities are guest-ready and meet company cleanliness standards.
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service to guests if approached.

Skill and Experience

• 1-3 years hands-on work experience in areas such as cleaning, housekeeping.
• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred (hospitality or campground setting a plus).
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• RV Park experience is a plus.
