We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. The posting includes: Position Summary (we can treat as About the role maybe). Required Experience (Qualifications). Primary Responsibilities (Responsibilities). General Working Conditions (maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate but not required). There's also "Connecting Seniors..." etc which is company description, maybe not needed. There's no explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule. There's mention "competitive pay and benefits" but not specific; we should not create Pay/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay and benefits" but not specifics; that's vague; we should not create sections because it's not specific detail. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states "competitive pay and benefits" but not specifics; likely considered not specific enough, so we should not create those sections. We need headings: About the role (maybe from Position Summary). Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities). Requirements/Qualifications (Required Experience). Possibly Skills? Not separate. Benefits? Not specific. Pay? Not specific. Schedule? Not specific. We also have General Working Conditions; could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section like Working Conditions. But instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't list Working Conditions as a standard heading, but we could include if content exists. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine Working Conditions into Requirements or Responsibilities? Probably better to include as a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in the list; but they gave examples, not exhaustive. Could still include a heading like "Working Conditions". But they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests those are the allowed headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. implies those are examples, not exclusive. But safer to stick to those headings. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications). We could put Required Experience under Requirements. Could also have Qualifications same as Requirements. We'll choose Requirements. Thus sections: About the role (Position Summary). Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities). Requirements (Required Experience + General Working Conditions maybe). Could also include Skills? Not explicit. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The posting has bullet-like sentences but not formatted as list. We need to convert to list where appropriate. For responsibilities, we have many sentences; we can make each a
  • . For requirements, we have list of items: high school diploma..., prior housekeeping experience preferred, you love to laugh..., ability to make independent decisions, etc. We'll make each a
  • . Also General Working Conditions could be list but maybe not needed; we can keep as

paragraphs. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from Position Summary, Required Experience, Primary Responsibilities, General Working Conditions, and maybe the company description? The company description (Connecting Seniors...) is substantive but maybe not required? It's about the company; could be considered part of About the role? But we already have About the role from Position Summary. The company description is extra; we could include as a separate section like "About the Company" but not in standard headings. Might be okay to include as a

after sections. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we should include that company description text. It's not boilerplate; it's about the company. So we need to include it somewhere. Could add a section "About the Company" using

. Not in examples but allowed. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding another section may be okay. But we also have mission statement etc. That's also substantive. We'll include as part of About the Company. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is "Equal Opportunity Employer Click on glassdoor to see our employee testimonials #SPIND". That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "This classification description is intended..." that's legal boilerplate; remove. Also "Not Just Making Every Day Great..." is mission; keep. Thus final HTML: sections:

    About the role

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning residents’ apartments and public areas according to a schedule and established procedures. You will also perform all laundry duties in our commercial laundry facilities. You will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility. Oh, and we offer competitive pay and benefits in an excellent work environment, if we do say so ourselves, and we do.

    Responsibilities

    • Cleans all areas as assigned according to the departmental standards, process, and procedures.
    • Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed, according to established standards, observing proper cleaning technique.
    • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
    • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with associates, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
    • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc.
    • Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
    • Uses supplies in an economical and prudent manner; Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor for replenishing.
    • Ability to operate the following machines buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and all commercial laundry equipment.
    • Additional duties as assigned or needed by Housekeeping Lead.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma and/or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
    • You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.
But note that many of these overlap with responsibilities; but we must preserve all info; duplication is okay? They said remove duplicated lines. The Required Experience section includes some lines that are same as responsibilities; but they are part of Required Experience text. We should keep them as they appear. However we might avoid duplication by not repeating same sentences; but they are duplicated across sections. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. That means if a line appears both in Responsibilities and Required Experience, we should keep only one instance. However the Required Experience section includes many of the same bullet points as responsibilities (like ability to make independent decisions etc). Those are duplicated. We should deduplicate. Let's extract Required Experience text exactly: "Required Experience For Housekeeping High school diploma and/or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior housekeeping experience preferred. You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service." That's it? Actually after that there is a period then "Primary Responsibilities For Housekeeping". So Required Experience only includes those three sentences. The rest of the bullet-like sentences are under Primary Responsibilities. So we misinterpreted. The Required Experience section is short. The long list of abilities etc are under Primary Responsibilities. So we should not duplicate. Thus Requirements section will contain: - High school diploma and/or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Prior housekeeping experience preferred. - You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service. We can make those as
  • . Now Responsibilities section will contain all the bullet points from Primary Responsibilities. Now General Working Conditions: we need to include that info. Could be a separate section like "Working Conditions". Not in examples but we can add. Or we could incorporate into Requirements as additional details. But it's substantive; we should keep. Let's add a section "Working Conditions". Use

    Working Conditions

    and then

with the paragraph(s). Could also break into list but it's prose. Now About the Company: we have the long paragraph about Connecting Seniors..., mission, pillars, etc. We'll include as

    About the Company

    with

paragraphs. We must ensure we don't include boilerplate: remove "This classification description is intended..." and "Equal Opportunity Employer Click on glassdoor to see our employee testimonials #SPIND". Also remove any duplicated lines (we already avoided duplication). Also remove any navigation etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft. About the role: use the Position Summary paragraph exactly. Responsibilities: list each sentence from Primary Responsibilities. Let's copy Primary Responsibilities text: "Cleans all areas as assigned according to the departmental standards, process, and procedures. Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed, according to established standards, observing proper cleaning technique. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with associates, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition. Uses supplies in an economical and prudent manner; Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor for replenishing. Ability to operate the following machines buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and all commercial laundry equipment. Additional duties as assigned or needed by Housekeeping Lead." Make each a

  • . Now Requirements: list the three sentences. Now Working Conditions: copy the paragraph: "General Working Conditions This position entails standing for long periods of time. The employee must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required." We can keep as

. Now About the Company: include the paragraphs from "Connecting Seniors, Families and Communities" through the mission statement etc. Let's extract: "Connecting Seniors, Families and Communities For over 37 years, our senior living communities have served seniors and their families across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, and Tennessee, with each location offering unique services including independent, enhanced, and assisted living, as well as memory care and rehabilitation and skilled nursing. Through forming authentic connections and committing to creating the absolute
