Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments and common areas.
• Absorb and prepare empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond quickly to resident and guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Help respond to resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions in variable situations.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to unstandardized conditions.
• A positive and friendly attitude towards residents and co-workers.
