About the role

Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas in two communities: 2800 W Montrose Ave and 5400 N Northwest Hwy.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Aid in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, training provided.
• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.

Pay

$16.60 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
