Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings (e.g., mall, restaurants)
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing the hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Skills

• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Pay

Compensation range: $18.60 per hour (tipped‑eligible position)
