Job Summary

The Housekeeper will work to ensure the facility maintains a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes protective gear as directed
• Professionally clean and maintain property
• Use cleaning products and procedures as directed by company standards
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
• Moves all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
• Auxiliary laundry assistance as needed
• Safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adherence to all safety precautions
• Appropriate interactions with residents, families, and other personnel
• Follows infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
• Follows proper reporting, isolation, and handwashing procedures/techniques
