Housekeeper

Full-time day shift position available Monday through Friday.

About the role

The Housekeeper will work to ensure the facility maintains a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes protective gear as directed
• Professionally clean and maintain property
• Use cleaning products and procedures as directed by company standards
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
• Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
• Assist with laundry as needed
• Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adheres to all safety precautions
• Interacts appropriately with residents, families and other personnel
• Follows infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
• Follow proper reporting, isolation and handwashing procedures/techniques

About the company

One of our newest communities, The Amber, was acquired in November 2022. The community has a license for up to 40 assisted living residents and has 32 total units. Located in the town of Clatskanie, many of the residents are long-time community members. The community has a newly renovated employee breakroom and a family-like staff.
