Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in residents' rooms such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Perform general housekeeping duties of common areas in the facility.
• Transport clean and soiled linen to the laundry area.
• Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions.
• Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions while adhering to all safety precautions, established standards, and quality guidelines.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Ability to perform duties following all county, state, federal, and California Department of Public Health infection and sanitation codes and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (nice to have).

Pay

Salary range: $18 - $19 per hour.
