Housekeeper

About the Role

Responsible for providing excellent guest service by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and department needs.
• Enter guest rooms following proper procedures, ensuring vacancy and security.
• Replace amenities, linens, and supplies; make beds and clean bathrooms.
• Remove trash, perform floor care, dust, polish, and ensure appliances are functional.
• Support safety policies, report hazards, and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain professional appearance, welcome guests, anticipate needs, and assist guests, including those with disabilities.
• Support team goals, adhere to quality standards, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and pushing equipment.

Requirements

• No formal education, experience, or certifications required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, stand for extended periods, and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
