Responsibilities
- Work as a team to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel
- Keep the work cart orderly and properly stocked
- Utilize equipment supplies and guest amenities efficiently
- Thoroughly clean assigned guest areas daily, including changing and inspecting linens and towels
- Follow the Green Program standards for cleanliness and sanitation
- Practice safety standards and report any hazards immediately
- Respect guests' property and maintain a courteous demeanor
- Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records
- Be alert, helpful, and courteous to guests and colleagues
- Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience desirable
- Neat, pleasant personality
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
- Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs
