Housekeeper

About the role

A Housekeeper to join our busy and professional team. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to move quickly while performing cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
• Restock supplies and ensure all amenities are properly replenished
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to manager

Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet at all times
• Frequent bending and lifting of at least 40 pounds
• Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends
• No set end time; shifts run from 9 AM until work is completed
