About the role
Paramark Corp is seeking a part-time Janitorial Technician in Fergus Falls, MN, to join their team. This position is approximately 20 hours per week and pays between $16 to $18 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Complete cleaning requests or tasks
- Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and that the exterior of the building and grounds are well-maintained
- Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance: vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
- Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day
- Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed
- Show respect for all residents at all times
- Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the required work in a timely manner
- Perform job duties in a safe manner that is compliant with all Paramark and OSHA safety requirements
Requirements
- Regularly walk, stand, climb, balance, reach, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, bend, crouch, crawl, communicate clearly, listen actively
- Exposed to various dirt, dust, and chemicals
