Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, offices, lounges, and common areas.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture.
- Dust, polish, and sanitize surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Clean windows, doors, walls, and other high-touch areas.
- Follow proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Report maintenance concerns and equipment issues promptly.
- Practice safe work habits, including proper use of chemicals and safety equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and organizational information.
- Complete assigned tasks with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
