About the role
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of living spaces within the community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas and resident units in a clean and orderly manner.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry sorting.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina for lifting and moving furniture and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
