Responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including bed making, bathroom cleaning, and room tidying.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
