Housekeeper
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas in a timely, organized manner according to hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of high-touch areas such as phones, handles, and hardware.
- Frequently check and maintain public restrooms, including restocking supplies.
- Sweep, vacuum, dust, and polish various surfaces and furniture as scheduled or needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Keep housekeeping supplies stocked and organized; report inventory needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest and supervisor requests.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
