About the role

The Housekeeper position involves maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to brand and IHM standards.

Responsibilities

• Change sheets, arrange towels, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, and clean rooms
• Rearrange rooms after guests check out
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, and disturbances

Requirements

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Effective problem-solving skills, able to handle stressful situations
• Excellent guest service skills

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
