About the role

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper in Salisbury, MD for Victoria Park Sassafras, an 80 unit tax credit senior community. This fast growing, property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the building and grounds clean
• Assisting Maintenance Technicians when needed
• Assisting with technical maintenance tickets
• Assisting with unit turnovers

Requirements

• General turnover apartment cleaning and minor maintenance knowledge
• Light carpet cleaning knowledge
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Safety conscious
• Steady and dependable
• Ability to work with pressure of deadlines
• Ability to flex work schedule
• Basic computer skills
• Energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a team
• Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
• Requires extensive mobility and excellent physical condition
• Must be able and willing to work weekends and be part of an on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred
