About the role

The Room Attendant is a team member at the MainStay Suites Hoffman Estates location, part of the well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand managed by Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards.
• Show attention to detail and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
