Position Responsibilities Complete daily assignments set by Housekeeping ManagerReport all suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to Security department and Housekeeping Manager.Turn in all Lost and Found items to the Security department.Show consistency, commitment, leadership, and dedication every day. Education/Experience/Other Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous housekeeping experience a must. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions (such as labels and safety information) in English.Ability to deal with customers effectively and professionally, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.Ability to work well under pressure.Ability to work on a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.Ability to work without constant direct supervision.
