Housekeeper

What You'll Do

• Cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, operating and recovery rooms, offices, laboratories, restrooms, and other hospital areas
• Performing thorough discharge cleaning of patient rooms, including sanitizing beds, furniture, and patient care equipment
• Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing floors, furniture, fixtures, glass surfaces, and restrooms
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other essential supplies throughout assigned areas
• Emptying waste containers and maintaining clean, sanitary workspaces
• Reporting maintenance concerns and safety hazards to leadership
• Maintaining housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment while following hospital safety procedures
• Providing friendly, professional service while working respectfully with patients, visitors, and hospital staff

What We're Looking For

• A High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required
• Healthcare, hospitality, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
