Housekeeper

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to transform vacant apartment units into welcoming homes for new residents and maintain the cleanliness of models, offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, and fitness centers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all vacant apartments for move-ins
• Cleans offices, corporate units, and models
• Cleans bathrooms and laundry rooms
• Picks up trash on grounds
• Performs painting and caulking, if needed, in a neat and professional manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work courteously and cooperatively with residents, employees, vendors, suppliers, and the public
• Self-motivated to work independently with minimal guidance
• Good time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and strong retention skills
• Ability to wear/use uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
