Housekeeper
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Content:
- Nature of work: contributes to effective operations... daily cleaning and supplying of patient rooms etc. Use cleaning devices, products, supplies and equipment. Removes trash and linen.
- Examples Of Essential Duties: list many duties.
- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: basic reading, writing, arithmetic; verbal and written communication; ability to prepare and maintain effective working relationships.
- Minimum Requirements: previous housekeeping experience highly preferred; prior hard surface (resilient floor) care experience a plus but not required; Valid Florida Driver’s license.
- Physical Demands: good physical and mental health; lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, flexible schedule; move continuously; lift/carry 25-45 pounds.
- Supervision Received: general supervision from professional supervisor; tasks under little direct supervision allowing independent judgment.
- Supervision Exercised: None.
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- EEO Classification: Service Workers
- EEO statement etc.
- Additional narrative about commitment etc.
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: could be nature of work summary.
- Responsibilities: essential duties list.
- Requirements: minimum requirements (experience, driver's license) maybe also physical demands? Could be separate.
- Qualifications: maybe knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Skills: maybe part of knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Benefits: none mentioned.
- Pay: none mentioned.
- Schedule: mention flexible schedule? It says "must be able to work a flexible schedule" under Physical Demands. That's schedule info. So we could include Schedule section with that detail.
But we must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have concrete info.
We have:
- About the role: nature of work paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of essential duties.
- Requirements: minimum requirements (experience, driver's license) plus maybe physical demands? Physical demands could be separate but could be part of Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put physical demands under Requirements or maybe under a separate section? There's no heading for Physical Demands; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? Probably better to put physical demands under Requirements as they are job requirements.
- Qualifications: knowledge, skills and abilities (reading, writing, arithmetic, communication, relationships). Could also include prior hard surface experience as a plus? That's more requirement.
- Skills: maybe we could separate specific skills like operating mechanized cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, etc. But those are duties. Might be redundant.
Given we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine.
Let's propose sections:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ...
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience highly preferred
- Prior hard surface (resilient floor) care experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Florida Driver’s license
- Ability to lift and/or carry 25 to 45 pounds
- Ability to move continuously during work hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Good physical and mental health
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public
or drop it. FLSA status is minor metadata; we could fold into a short p under About the role or drop. I'd include a short p. EEO Classification: Service Workers - also minor metadata; could be folded. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; but is FLSA status substantive? It's about exemption status; could be considered substantive for applicant. I'd include. Thus About the role section could have multiple paragraphs: nature of work, supervision received, FLSA status, EEO classification. Let's craft. Now produce HTML fragment. We must not include or . Just the fragment. Let's write:
