Responsibilities

• Performing routine cleaning duties, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting resident rooms and common areas
• Ensuring all areas are tidy and sanitized, maintaining a pleasant environment for residents and staff
• Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Assisting with seasonal deep cleaning tasks as we “spring clean” our facility
• Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate staff

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting (but not required)
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to the well-being of our residents
