Housekeeper

About the Role

WindRiver’s Clubhouse includes multiple dining areas, bar, locker rooms, a pro shop, and fitness area. The housekeepers maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards across all areas, ensuring a consistently polished member and guest experience in line with WindRiver's craftsmanship and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Clubhouse dining facilities: Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, and service stations before/after meal periods; restock linens and supplies; empty trash; support quick turnovers between service periods.
• Pro Shop: Dust and clean merchandise displays, fixtures, floors, and glass; empty trash; maintain a tidy, presentable retail environment.
• Fitness Area: Sanitize equipment, mats, mirrors, and locker/shower areas; restock towels and amenities; empty trash; monitor for maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Follow OSHA and health-code sanitation standards; handle cleaning chemicals safely per SDS guidelines; report equipment/facility damage.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service while working in public areas of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred; hospitality or club setting a plus.
• Attention to detail and discretion around member and guest privacy.
• Must be well-organized and capable of prioritizing tasks.
• Must be able to work alone or with a team.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Indoor/outdoor movement between buildings; exposure to cleaning chemicals.
