Housekeeper

We were voted a great place to work, 3 years in a row!! We are currently hiring for a housekeeper to join our team who will clean residents' apartments, laundry, and the community common areas. Position Summary The Housekeeper delivers services with a hospitality focus in accordance with all laws, regulations and Century Park standards. Reports to the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor. Qualifications Must have high school diploma or equivalentPrior healthcare experience preferred Primary Job Responsibilities Cleans assigned areas in prescribed time with proper cleaning products: occupied and vacant units, patios, decks, common areas, offices, lobbies, elevators, lounges, public restrooms, laundry room, dining areas, etc.Vacuums, dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, windows/glass, high and low levels, sanitizes, polish/conditioning wood, etc.Stocks cleaning carts appropriately and notifies supervisor of low suppliesProperly stores equipment, tools and suppliesAdvises supervisors of bulb replacement needsReports any repairs, mechanical or equipment needs to supervisorReports any questionable resident behaviors or unacceptable conditions to supervisorReports any resident concerns or complaints to supervisor Additional Requirements Must enjoy serving seniorsMust have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm as well as a willingness to handle difficult residentsMust possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actionMust perform efficiently and effectively with little to no supervisionMaintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential informationDisplays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park’s Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training Who We Are At Century Park Associates, we are dedicated to creating an enriching lifestyle for our residents and a rewarding work environment for our valued associates.
