Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to our residents by completing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. in their apartment home.
• Engage with residents in their apartment homes to brighten their day.
• Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.
• Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience or a willingness to learn.
• Natural inclination toward cleanliness and organization.

Pay

Salary range: USD $17.50 - USD $20.25 per hour. The range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses or additional incentives. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.
