About the role

As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you'll be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most iconic ski resorts in North America. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles including lift operators, ski instructors, and front desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate ski lifts safely and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Train and assist new skiers and snowboarders
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on resort operations and safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is beneficial
• Valid driver's license required
