Housekeeper

Responsibilities
- Provide a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community, including resident units and common areas
- Assist with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction, such as laundry or other assigned duties
- Ensure proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
- Identify and either correct or report safety hazards
- Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
- Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties; must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes

- Caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to identify issues before they occur
Requirements
- One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
Background Check Process
Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable), and drug testing.
- Florida applicants: Visit https://info.flclearinghouse.com/ for specific state information regarding Level 2 ACHA requirements.
- Arizona applicants: Obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test, and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.
- Michigan applicants: Take a TB test and complete fingerprinting.
