Housekeeper

About the role

We are seeking hard-working and passionate Housekeepers to join our award-winning team as we expand our portfolio of luxury flexible-stay apartment communities nationwide. AVE has been ranked as the #1 Apartment Operator in the country for four consecutive years, based on resident survey scores.

Responsibilities

• Complete light and deep cleaning of one and two-bedroom fully-furnished suites, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, cleaning laundry rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms
• Launder and replenish items such as linens, amenities, and various supplies as needed
• Prepare unfurnished apartments for move-in
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping cart, laundry room, and break room

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Energetic, self-motivating, and “can do” attitude
• Ability to perform light to medium pushing and lifting
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Reliable source of transportation
• Basic English communication skills; ability to understand and communicate work assignments and safety protocols

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay

Starting at $18+/hour. Individual compensation decisions vary based on experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location. Additional bonus potential is available on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
