About the role
Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full time Housekeeper Ambulatory Services position. This role focuses on specialized cleaning and disinfecting of ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas. Responsibilities
- Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals
- Dust and polish furniture, fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges
- Clean reception glass and entrance windows
- Move chairs, stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning; realign items according to recommended layout
- Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; perform carpet and upholstery spot cleaning
- Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste; perform routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers
- Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items
- Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition
- Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Pay
Fixed pay rate: $17.75 per hour.
Schedule
Full time schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 1:30 am. Further details upon interview.
