Responsibilities

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges
• Clean reception glass and entrance windows
• Move chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning; realign items according to recommended layout
• Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; perform carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning
• Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste; perform routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers
• Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items
• Maintain equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition
• Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

$15.00 per hour (fixed rate)
