Housekeeper - 40 hours/week; PM Shift

About the role

The Housekeeper position will perform a wide variety of duties to maintain an environment that is aesthetically pleasing while maintaining maximum bacteriological control. The role requires continuous physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, walking, stooping, twisting, lifting, bending, pushing, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Ensure maximum bacteriological control throughout the facility.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, twisting, lifting, bending, pushing, and reaching for the duration of each shift.
• Read and write English to interpret measuring and hazard instructions on labels.
• Perform basic arithmetic as needed for tasks.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to interpret measuring and hazard instructions on labels.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Pay

$19.56 per hour, plus eligibility for shift differentials.

Schedule

• Monday‑Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Weekend and holiday rotation, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend work required
