Housekeeper 3pm- 11:30pm

Responsibilities

• Removes all regular and medical waste
• Cleans and disinfects all bathrooms and fixtures according to departmental guidelines
• Cleans and disinfects all patient rooms on a daily basis per departmental guidelines
• Performs all cleaning functions as scheduled (high and low dusting, disinfecting of all surfaces, window cleaning, dry and wet mopping)
• Maintains all floor surfaces (dry and wet mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing or extraction, stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, burnishing)
• Completes all housekeeping projects as assigned (stairwells, elevators, doors)
• Attends monthly department meetings
• Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of housekeeping experience preferred in education, healthcare, and/or business and industry

Schedule

• Full-time
• Daily work times: 3pm – 11:30pm
• Hours per pay period: 80
• On call: No
• Weekends: Yes
