About the role

We are seeking individuals who can embody our mission to enrich the lives of those we serve through Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Aid in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Clear and effective communication in English required.
• The ability to make independent decisions in variable situations.
• Solution-oriented and adaptable to changing circumstances.
• A positive and friendly attitude towards residents and co-workers.
