HOUSEKEEPER 1

Responsibilities

• Cleans all assigned rooms to company standard within designated work period
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
• Follows all safety protocols and reports unsafe working conditions immediately
• Follows lost and found policies and procedures
• Plans, organizes and completes work timely
• Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
• Responsible for the efficient and effective cleaning of all areas with higher standards of knowledge
• Responsible for cleaning all restrooms, floors, windows, walls, stairs, escalators, and elevators
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms and closets
• Mopping and vacuuming floors around the casino, all restrooms and entrances
• Routine manual labor includes but not limited to washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning walls, food service equipment and simple operation of basic equipment
• Removes all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans
• Attends to guest as needed for any housekeeping needs
• Ensures the safety and security of guests and employees

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Proficient with iOS devices
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred

Additional Requirements

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Ability to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
• Must be able to pass a background investigation
