About the role
House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
- Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
- Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
- Serve as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
- Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
Requirements
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS and ACLS required at hire.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
- Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
- BSN is preferred.
