About the Role
The House Supervisor oversees the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor supervises staff, coordinates activities, addresses issues as they arise, and maintains a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate from a school of nursing
- Three years of hospital nursing experience
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required before beginning first shift)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Five years of hospital nursing experience
