HOUSE SUPERVISOR (MED SURG & ED)

About the role

Extensive experience caring for patients of all ages with traumatic injuries, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions as well as post-surgical patients in both Med Surg and ED Settings. Demonstrates strong critical thinking, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintains a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong commitment to teamwork while delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• 5 years of acute care nursing experience required, must include Med Surg and ED, or similar departments
• Current Iowa RN License in good standing
• Previous experience mentoring new nurses is strongly preferred
