House Manager Aide
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts and implements functional assessments to support individualized resident care plans.
- Demonstrates the ability to read and write effectively, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
- Prepares and maintains accurate reports documenting resident program progress and outcomes.
- Plans, organizes, and supervises social, recreational, and work activities for residents within the assigned living area.
- Aids residents with day-to-day needs, while observing, documenting, and reporting relevant information.
- Buils and maintains positive, supportive relationships with residents to promote trust and engagement.
- Maintains complete, accurate, and timely records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Safely lifts, transfers, and positions residents, who may exceed 50 pounds, in accordance with the Positioning/Mobility List and approved techniques.
- Follows established procedures for the safe handling of kitchen equipment, food, and food preparation.
- Communicates effectively with staff and residents, adhering to individual communication profiles and needs.
- Implements appropriate supervision practices and techniques to ensure resident safety and well-being.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old.
- High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
- Related experience is helpful.
