Description Job Summary The House Crew is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the clubhouse, golf course facilities, and surrounding grounds. This position performs housekeeping and custodial duties, assists with the setup and breakdown of banquet and club events, and maintains golf course beverage and snack stations. House Crew team members work collaboratively with all departments to ensure the Club is prepared for daily operations, member activities, and special events while providing exceptional service to members and guests. Primary Responsibilities Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance Clean and sanitize clubhouse, golf course, pool, locker room, and employee restrooms.Vacuum carpets, mop and maintain hard floors, and perform periodic floor buffing.Dust furniture, fixtures, décor, and other surfaces.Clean glass, mirrors, windows, doors, counters, and other high-touch surfaces.Empty interior and exterior trash receptacles and manage recycling.Restock restroom, locker room, and housekeeping supplies.Maintain the cleanliness of locker rooms, showers, pool facilities, patios, entrances, walkways, and other common areas.Perform deep-cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning as assigned.Report maintenance concerns, damage, safety hazards, and plumbing issues to the appropriate department.Perform minor facility upkeep, including replacing light bulbs when needed. Banquet & Event Support Set up, arrange, and break down tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment for banquets, meetings, weddings, golf outings, and Club events according to event orders.Reset event spaces promptly following functions.Transport and organize furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of event spaces before, during, and after events.Assist other departments to ensure successful execution of Club events. Golf Course Beverage Stations Stock, replenish, and maintain beverage and snack stations throughout the golf course.Clean and sanitize on-course restrooms.Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishment.Ensure refreshment stations remain clean, organized, and well-presented throughout the day. General Expectations Follow all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.Use Club equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly.Attend departmental meetings and required safety training.Perform other duties as assigned by the House Crew Supervisor or Assistant General Manager. Requirements Availability and Scheduling Must be available on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)This is a part-time job (20-30 hours)General hours 7am-3:30pm (can be flexible around school) Education And/or Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent. One year of comparable custodial work preferred. Licenses And Special Requirements None Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing pulling, bending, stooping and climbing. Use ladders when required. Job has the potential to expose the employee to human blood or infectious materials.
