Responsibilities

You'll complete professional residential cleanings using our detailed checklists and proven methods. Homes typically include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared living spaces. You're welcome to listen to music or audiobooks while you work, stay active throughout the day, and feel proud knowing your work genuinely helps people feel at peace in their homes.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in Somerset County or the immediate surrounding area (eastern Hunterdon, southern Morris, or western Middlesex)
  • Live within 30 minutes (or 20 miles) of Somerville, NJ
  • A valid driver's license
  • A reliable vehicle with current insurance
  • A smartphone for scheduling and communication
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs regularly
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (no translation apps)

Pay & Earning Potential

  • $800-$1,000 per week
  • Weekly direct deposit

Schedule

  • Full-time, year-round position
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Our schedule is structured but dynamic. Routes and timing can shift with little notice based on client and company needs. People who thrive here embrace flexibility and adapt quickly—those who need a rigid, unchanging daily routine often struggle in this role. (We do not offer part-time roles for this position.)
