About the role

We are seeking individuals who are responsible, courteous, positive, detail-oriented, honest, and friendly. You must also be accountable for supplies, residence keys, files, and other personal information. This position involves working independently on a cleaning team of 2 or 3 people, performing tasks such as cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other areas in residential homes. You will follow the Green Clean Certificate processes.

Responsibilities

• Use of company cars (including gas)
• Provided free uniforms
• Professional on-the-job training included
• Work independently on a cleaning team of 2 or 3 people
• Only day shifts, no nights. Saturdays are optional (get a bonus!)
• Paid as an employee with a W-2, you do not need to pay additional self-employment taxes
• Paid time off (holidays)
• Vacation time after 1 year
• Weekly pay: $500 to $700
• No fees or surcharges on your paycheck
• Ability to work on a team
• Willing to undergo a background check and work legally in the state of Florida
• Current Driver's License preferred, but not required
• Comfortable cleaning in homes with pets
• Care for clients' houses, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and other areas
• Follow the Green Clean Certificate processes
