Pay: $20/hour to start — up to $27/hour through our Sparkle Up program. Your pay grows with your work based on quality, reliability, and client care.
Schedule: Part-time to full-time, primarily weekdays, 8am–4pm.
Area: La Mesa, El Cajon, Santee, Lakeside, Spring Valley.
Responsibilities
- Clean homes across East County
- Prepare short-term rentals so they're guest-ready
- Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and details most people overlook
- Communicate with your manager when something needs attention
Requirements
- Reliable transportation — our homes are spread across the county
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Weekday daytime availability — most work is 8am–4pm
- Cleaning experience preferred, but we train the right person
- Ability to speak English or Spanish — bilingual is a plus
