Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
• Following proven systems, products, and best practices
• Communicating with customers and teammates professionally
• Transporting cleaning supplies to job sites
• Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement

No experience? No problem—we provide paid training to help you succeed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (or until finished)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Eye for detail and pride in a job well done

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (or until finished). All teams start and end their day at our office in Gilbert.

Pay

Earn $17–$23/hour on average + tips. Performance-based W2 commission paid semi-monthly.
